(GLUTEN & REFINED SUGAR FREE)
I recently discovered the best snacks by SkinnyDipped! Why are these sweet treats so amazing? Well… they only use real ingredients, they are NON-GMO and contain way less sugar than other commercial brands out there!
Being pregnant I constantly crave sugary snacks but as much as I love to indulge in all things chocolate, I also like to make sure I am being sensible and delivering nutrition to my growing baby.
All I wanted today was a milkshake… something scrumptious… so I decided to use SkinnyDipped Peanut Butter Cups and SkinnyDipped baking bits to make the most delicious beverage.

INGREDIENTS (MAKES ONE MILKSHAKE):
For The Milkshake Base
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup of Oat Milk
- 1/2 Cup of Ice Cubes
- 2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
- As many SkinnyDipped Peanut Butter Cups & SkinnyDipped Baking Bits as you desire
For The Topping
- Whipped Cream (I use an Oat Based Whip)
- 1/4 Cup of SkinnyDipped Peanut Butter Cups
- 1/4 Cup of SkinnyDipped Baking Bits
- 1/2 Tsp of Coconut Oil
DIRECTIONS:
5-10 MINUTES PREP TIME
- Add all the Milkshake Base ingredients into a blender and blend until there is a creamy smooth mixture. For added thickness, use less milk and up the banana or/and ice cubes!
- Set to the side for a moment whilst you work on the topping ingredients.
- Break the SkinnyDipped Peanut Butter Cups into small pieces (you can also do this prior to making the milkshake).
- In a microwave, melt the SkinnyDipped Baking Bits & coconut oil in 20 second increments until they are melted down to resemble a chocolate sauce.
- Set these ingredients to the side and grab a glass. Pour your milkshake into the glass.
- Add the whipped cream to the top.
- Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the whipped cream.
- Sprinkle the SkinnyDipped Peanut Butter Cups over the cream (or carefully place them if you have OCD tendencies like me lol!).
VOILA! My scrumptious Banana & Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake!
INGREDIENT SWAPS:
- Milk can be swapped for any milk or dairy-free kind of your choice.
- I really love all things SkinnyDipped and cannot rave about them enough but you can use any other kind of Peanut Butter Cups or chocolate of your choice.
HELPFUL TIPS:
This recipe is for one person, so double all ingredients for two people, triple for three and so on!
