THIS WEEK’S FIT DOLLY’S WWW CHALLENGE
It’s BAAAAAAAAAAAAACKKKKK!
100 HIGH KNEES, 100 JUMPING JACKS, 45 SECOND PLANK HOLD, 100 SIT UPS, 100 SQUATS & 45 SECOND PLANK HOLD – 3 ROUNDS!
If you are embarking on a new get-fit plan, then split this up over a few days (25 REPS OF EACH MOVEMENT & A 20 SECOND PLANK HOLD OVER 4 DAYS). Take your time but do your best to complete it. REMEMBER- You can modify any of the movements – but only if you truly have to do so due to a condition and not out of choice! For High Knees do knee raises trying to life your knee up to hip level and for Jumping Jacks, step them out to the side.
If you are looking for a challenge or something to add to your usual routine then attempt this in one go! And try to do it as fast as possible.
