This Week’s Fit Dolly’s WWW Challenge
20 Burpees, 30 Squats, 40 Sit ups – 5 Rounds!
You are going to complete each set 5 times! So one set is 20 burpees, 30 squats and 40 sit ups.
If you are in good shape and just doing this in addition to your current weekly workouts, then try to complete this as FAST as possible.
If you are embarking on a new get-fit plan, then take your time but do your best to complete it. You can modify any of the movements – but only if you truly have to due to a condition and not out of choice! And try to do this workout two-three times this week, improving every time.
If you haven’t worked out before or if you are coming back from a long break, then split the amount up. Maybe do one round three days this week and the other two on another day.
