100 SQUATS, 100 SIT UPS & 100 BURPEES (BREAK UP AS YOU WISH!)
This is the last WWW of 2020, so it’s a beast! The absolute worst! BUT YOU CAN DO IT!
If you are embarking on a new get-fit plan, then split this up over a few days. Take your time but do your best to complete it. REMEMBER- You can modify any of the movements – but only if you truly have to do so due to a condition and not out of choice!
If you are looking for a challenge or something to add to your usual routine then attempt this in one go! And try to do it as fast as possible.
